Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a marketing generalist to build and run growth initiatives with minimal handholding. You’ll own outreach to retailers, run email/SMS retention, and drive search/content programs while collaborating with the two founders in a hands-on, AI-powered setup.

We value a practical coder who can connect tools via APIs, automate recurring tasks, and use Claude Code to ship real improvements. Remote-friendly with clear CT overlap; Austin-based or fully remote.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing.
• Hands-on experience using Claude Code (or similar AI coding tool).
• Experience running cold email outreach yourself, using a tool like Apollo plus an email sequencing tool.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and data; SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outreach to retailers and partners: finding the right contacts, writing the emails, and tracking what works.
• Support the field team with target lists, routes, one-pagers, and follow-up emails after visits.
• Own email and SMS, subscription retention, referral programs, and search/content.
• Create marketing visuals with AI tools, using the brand’s existing look and feel.
• Automate recurring manual tasks so nobody has to do them by hand.
• Track results from the company’s own order and subscription data, and flag anything that looks off.
