Atomic Hr seeks a hands-on marketing generalist for a founder-led consumer brand based in Austin, TX. The role builds growth engines with no paid ad budget, using Claude Code to connect systems, automate tasks, and run campaigns with the sales, field, and partnerships teams.

You’ll own email/SMS, retention, referrals, and search/content; build outreach to retailers; support the field team with lists and follow-ups; and create AI-driven visuals while maintaining the brand.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience using Claude Code to build something real that’s still in use today.
• 3+ years in marketing.
• Experience running cold email outreach yourself using Apollo and an email sequencing tool.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets; SQL is a plus.
• Some scripting in Python or JavaScript, or experience directing AI to write it for you.
• Familiarity with connecting tools through APIs.
• A good marketing eye and clear, simple writing.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run outreach to retailers and partners: finding the right contacts, writing the emails, and tracking what works.
• Support the field team with target lists, routes, one-pagers, and follow-up emails after visits.
• Own email and SMS, subscription retention (win-back and pause offers), referral programs, and search/content.
• Create marketing visuals with AI tools, using the brand’s existing look and feel.
• Automate recurring manual tasks so nobody has to do them by hand.
• Track results from the company’s own order and subscription data, and flag anything that looks off.
