Job summary

Atomic Hr is seeking a hands-on Marketing Generalist for a founder-led consumer brand based in Austin, TX, with UK DTC focus. You will own outreach to retailers, manage email/SMS retention, and build an AI-driven automation stack.

Work directly with the two founders, owning growth strategy and operations. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in marketing, experience in cold outreach, data analysis, and API-driven tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing with hands-on execution experience.
• Proven ability to run cold email outreach and track results.
• Strong data comfort: spreadsheets, basic SQL; APIs experience a plus.
• Some scripting in Python or JavaScript and ability to direct AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outreach to retailers and partners; craft emails and track performance.
• Support field team with target lists, routes, and follow-up emails after visits.
• Own email and SMS, retention, referral programs, and search/content efforts.
• Create marketing visuals with AI tools following current brand guidelines.
• Automate recurring tasks to improve efficiency.
• Monitor results from subscription data and flag anomalies.
