Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a hands-on Marketing Generalist to build growth channels for a regulated consumer brand from Austin, TX, with optional remote work. You’ll lead outreach to retailers, craft automation with Claude Code, and work directly with founders for visibility and ownership.

You’ll use AI tools to connect systems, clean lists, and automate repetitive tasks while driving email, SMS, retention, and referral programs. Expect remaining within clear guidelines and a fast-moving startup tempo.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing.
• Experience running cold email outreach yourself.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and data; SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities
