Job summary

Atomic Hr in Austin, TX is seeking a hands-on Marketing Generalist who loves building systems, not just planning them. You’ll split time between wiring automated workflows with Claude Code and running campaigns with the sales, field, and partnerships teams, directly with the two founders.

Success looks like an outreach process that runs itself, a field team equipped for visits, and growth through search, email, retention, and referrals.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using Claude Code (or similar AI coding tool) to build real, in-use systems.
• 3+ years in marketing with data-driven outreach and automation skills.
• Experience running cold email outreach with tools like Apollo and sequencing tools.
• Comfort with spreadsheets; SQL is a plus, with willingness to improve.
• Some scripting in Python or JavaScript to automate tasks with AI.
• Familiarity connecting tools via APIs and a clear marketing eye.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outreach to retailers and partners, including finding contacts and writing emails.
• Support field team with target lists, routes, one-pagers and follow-up emails.
• Own email and SMS, retention, referral programs, and search/content.
• Create marketing visuals with AI tools consistent with brand.
• Automate recurring manual tasks to reduce hand-work.
• Track results from order and subscription data and flag anomalies.
