Job summary

Atomic Hr is seeking a hands-on marketing generalist to build and run growth across email, SMS, referrals, and partnerships. You’ll work directly with the founders to automate workflows with Claude Code and AI tools, while coordinating with sales and field teams to drive measurable growth.

The role emphasizes ownership, data-driven decision making, and building a scalable outreach system that respects regulatory constraints and 18+ UK-focused campaigns.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using Claude Code to build something real that’s in use today.
• 3+ years in marketing.
• Experience running cold email outreach yourself, using a tool like Apollo plus an email sequencing tool.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and data; SQL is a plus, and getting there with help is fine.
• Some scripting in Python or JavaScript, or experience directing AI to write it for you.
• Familiarity with connecting tools through APIs.
• A good marketing eye and clear, simple writing.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outreach to retailers and partners: finding the right contacts, writing the emails, and tracking what works.
• Support the field team with target lists, routes, one-pagers, and follow-up emails after visits.
• Own email and SMS, subscription retention (win-back and pause offers), referral programs, and search/content.
• Create marketing visuals with AI tools, using the brand’s existing look and feel.
• Automate recurring manual tasks so nobody has to do them by hand.
• Track results from the company’s own order and subscription data, and flag anything that looks off.
