Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a hands-on Marketing Generalist in Austin, TX, or remote with 9–5 CT overlap. You’ll build and run retailer outreach, support field teams with data-driven lists and follow-ups, and own email, SMS, retention, and referral programs.

You’ll craft visuals with AI, automate repetitive tasks, and track performance from subscription data to ensure steady growth. You’ll use Claude Code or similar AI tools to connect systems, clean lists, and automate workflows, collaborating closely

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing with a data-driven approach.
• Hands-on experience using Claude Code or similar AI coding tool.
• Experience running cold email outreach and automation.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outreach to retailers and partners: identifying contacts, drafting emails, and tracking results.
• Support the field team with target lists, routes, one-pagers, and post-visit follow-ups.
• Own email, SMS, retention, referral programs, and search/content marketing.
• Create marketing visuals with AI tools using the brand look and feel.
• Automate recurring tasks to reduce manual work.
• Track results from order and subscription data and flag anomalies.
