Atomic Hr seeks a hands-on marketing generalist to build and own growth initiatives for a founder-led consumer brand based in Austin, TX. You’ll automate repetitive work with Claude Code, run retailer outreach, and collaborate with the founders across sales, field, and partnerships.

The role emphasizes AI-powered execution, clean data, and scalable processes while staying within regulatory boundaries; you’ll shape a practical growth engine with limited ad budgets.

Qualifications

• Must-have hands-on Claude Code experience building real solutions currently in use.
• 3+ years in marketing, with track record of data-driven growth.
• Experience running cold email outreach and sequences with tools like Apollo.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outreach to retailers and partners: identify contacts, craft emails, track results.
• Support field team with target lists, routes, and follow-up emails after visits.
• Own email and SMS, retention and referral programs, and search/content.
• Create marketing visuals with AI while aligning to brand.
• Automate recurring manual tasks to improve efficiency.
• Track results from order/subscription data and flag anomalies.
