Job summary

Atomic Hr in Austin, TX, seeks a hands-on marketing generalist who builds systems, not just plans them. You’ll lead outreach to retailers and partners, write emails, support field teams, and own email/SMS retention, referrals, and content.

You’ll work directly with the two founders, shaping growth with AI tools and automation, turning order data into insights. Restrictions include 18+ UK-only marketing, no paid social or paid search, and problem-solving within clear boundaries.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using Claude Code (or a similar AI coding tool) to build something real that’s in use today.
• 3+ years in marketing.
• Experience running cold email outreach with a tool like Apollo and an email sequencing tool.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and data; SQL is a plus.
• Some scripting in Python or JavaScript, or experience directing AI to write it for you.
• Familiarity with connecting tools through APIs.
• A good marketing eye and clear, simple writing.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outreach to retailers and partners: finding contacts, writing emails, and tracking performance.
• Support the field team with target lists, routes, one-pagers, and follow-up emails after visits.
• Own email and SMS, subscription retention (win-back and pause offers), referral programs, and search/content.
• Create marketing visuals with AI tools, using the brand’s look and feel.
• Automate recurring manual tasks so nobody has to do them by hand.
• Track results from the company’s data and flag anomalies.
