Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a hands-on marketing generalist who enjoys building systems. You’ll use Claude Code to connect tools, clean lists, and automate repetitive tasks while running campaigns with the sales, field, and partnerships teams.

You’ll work directly with the two founders, enjoying ownership and visibility in a small, founder-led consumer brand. Success means an automated outreach process, a well-equipped field team, and growth through email, retention, and referral programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing.
• Experience running cold email outreach yourself, using a tool like Apollo plus an email sequencing tool.
• Familiarity with connecting tools through APIs.
• Some scripting in Python or JavaScript, or experience directing AI to write it for you.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outreach to retailers and partners: finding contacts, writing emails, and tracking what works.
• Support the field team with target lists, routes, one-pagers, and follow-up emails after visits.
• Own email and SMS, subscription retention (win-back and pause offers), referral programs, and search/content.
• Create marketing visuals with AI tools, using the brand’s existing look and feel.
• Automate recurring manual tasks so nobody has to do them by hand.
• Track results from the company’s own order and subscription data, and flag anything that looks off.
