Atomic Hr is seeking a hands-on marketing generalist who enjoys building systems and campaigns. You’ll work with founders to own outreach, field support, and retention programs, using Claude Code to automate tasks and craft AI-assisted visuals.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in marketing; many fits started in a coordinator role and learned to pull data or set up tools.
• Hands-on Claude Code experience is a must-have; use AI to build real solutions.
• Experience running cold email outreach with Apollo and an email sequencing tool.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and data; SQL is a plus; scripting in Python/JS helps.
• Familiarity with connecting tools through APIs and a clear marketing eye.

Aufgaben

• Build and run outreach to retailers and partners: find contacts, write emails, track results.
• Support field team with target lists, routes, one-pagers, and follow-up emails.
• Own email and SMS, retention (win-back and pause offers), referral programs, and search/content.
• Create marketing visuals with AI tools using the brand look and feel.
• Automate recurring manual tasks to save time and reduce errors.
• Track results from order/subscription data and flag anomalies.
