Job summary

Atomic Hr is seeking a hands-on marketing generalist to build and scale a toolkit of performance channels. You’ll work directly with the two founders, using Claude Code to connect systems, automate repetitive tasks, and run campaigns with the sales and partnerships teams.

Expect ownership, visibility, and the challenge of growing a regulated product in a constrained media landscape. You’ll own email/SMS retention, partnerships outreach, and organic search efforts, creating AI-assisted visuals

Qualifications

• Hands-on Claude Code experience currently in use.
• 3+ years in marketing.
• Experience with cold email outreach (Apollo).
• Comfort with spreadsheets and data; SQL is a plus.
• Some scripting in Python or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with connecting tools via APIs.
• Clear, simple writing.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outreach to retailers and partners.
• Support field team with target lists and follow-ups.
• Own email and SMS, retention, referrals, and search/content.
• Create marketing visuals with AI tools.
• Automate recurring manual tasks.
• Track results from order/subscription data.
