Atomic Hr is seeking a hands-on Marketing Generalist to build and own growth systems. You’ll collaborate with founders, leverage Claude Code to automate workflows, and run campaigns across email, SMS, and retention programs. Strong emphasis on data-backed decision making and cross-team coordination.

You will design outreach to retailers, support field operations, and craft AI-assisted visuals while ensuring compliance within a regulated, UK-focused constraint framework.

Qualifications

• Must-have hands-on experience using Claude Code (or similar AI coding tool) to build something in production.
• 3+ years in marketing with proven data-driven mindset.
• Experience running cold email outreach yourself, using tools like Apollo and an email sequencing tool.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and data; SQL is a plus, with willingness to learn more.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outreach to retailers and partners: identify contacts, craft emails, and track results.
• Support the field team with target lists, routes, one-pagers, and follow-up emails after visits.
• Own email and SMS, retention (win-back and pause offers), referral programs, and search/content.
• Create marketing visuals with AI tools, aligned with the brand look and feel.
• Automate recurring manual tasks to reduce repetitive work.
• Track results from own data sources and flag anomalies.
