Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a marketing generalist to build and own go-to-market channels, including email, SMS, retention, and referrals. You will leverage Claude Code to automate workflows and connect systems, while running campaigns with the founders for hands-on impact.

The role emphasizes practical execution over planning, with ownership of growth initiatives and direct collaboration with the founders. Remote-friendly with CT overlap, based in Austin or remote in the US.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing.
• Hands-on experience with cold email outreach.
• Familiar with Claude Code or similar AI coding tools.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and data; SQL is a plus.
• Some scripting in Python or JavaScript; API usage experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outreach to retailers and partners; craft emails and track effectiveness.
• Support field team with target lists, routes, one-pagers and followups.
• Own email and SMS, subscription retention and referral programs.
• Create marketing visuals with AI, aligned to brand.
• Automate recurring manual tasks and monitor results from internal data.
