Job summary

Atomic Hr is seeking a hands-on Marketing Generalist to build and run outbound outreach to retailers and partners, while coordinating with field teams and the founders. You will drive email, SMS, retention, and referral programs, and craft AI-assisted marketing visuals within the brand guidelines.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in marketing, hands-on Claude Code experience, and comfort with data, APIs, and scripting to automate recurring tasks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing or growth roles.
• Hands-on experience building automation with AI tools.
• Experience running cold email outreach and sequence campaigns.
• Comfort with data: spreadsheets, basic SQL; able to derive insights.
• Some scripting in Python or JavaScript or ability to direct AI to write it.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outreach to retailers and partners, including finding contacts and drafting emails.
• Support field team with target lists, routes, and follow-up emails after visits.
• Own email and SMS, retention programs, referral programs, and search/content initiatives.
• Create marketing visuals using AI, aligned with the brand look and feel.
• Automate recurring tasks to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
• Track results using company data and flag anomalies for investigation.
