Job summary

Atomic Hr seeks a hands-on marketing generalist to build outbound and partner campaigns, leveraging Claude Code and AI tools. You’ll collaborate closely with founders, scale email/SMS retention, and automate processes while coordinating with field teams.

You’ll own outreach, scripts, and analytics, using SQL basics and APIs to connect tools. Location is Austin-based or remote with CT overlap, with compensation tied to experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing.
• Hands-on experience using Claude Code to build real solutions.
• Experience running cold email outreach yourself with tools like Apollo.

Responsibilities

• Build outreach to retailers and partners: find contacts, write emails, track results.
• Support field team with target lists, routes, and follow-up emails after visits.
• Own email and SMS, retention and referral programs, and search/content.
• Create marketing visuals with AI tools using the brand look.
• Automate recurring tasks to improve efficiency.
• Track results from order and subscription data and flag anomalies.
