Job summary

Atomic Hr is seeking a hands-on marketing generalist based in Austin, TX or remote with 9-5 CT overlap. You’ll build and run outreach to retailers and partners, support field operations with lists and assets, and own email/SMS retention and referral programs.

You will craft visuals with AI tools and automate repetitive tasks while collaborating directly with the founders. You will bring Claude Code expertise, data-driven mindset, and comfort with APIs and scripting to drive measurable growth in

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using Claude Code to build something real that’s in use today.
• 3+ years in marketing.
• Experience running cold email outreach yourself using Apollo and a sequencing tool.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and data; SQL is a plus.
• Some scripting in Python or JavaScript, or directing AI to write it for you.
• Familiarity with connecting tools through APIs.
• A good marketing eye and clear, simple writing.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outreach to retailers and partners: finding the right contacts, writing emails, and tracking what works.
• Support the field team with target lists, routes, one-pagers, and follow-up emails after visits.
• Own email and SMS, subscription retention, referral programs, and search/content.
• Create marketing visuals with AI tools, using the brand’s existing look and feel.
• Automate recurring manual tasks so nobody has to do them by hand.
• Track results from the company’s order and subscription data, and flag anything that looks off.
