Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an HR Business Partner Leader for Networking Sales. This hybrid role requires about two days per week in an HPE office and focuses on aligning people strategy with business priorities for Fortune 500-scale operations.

The role partners with executives to drive talent transformation, organizational design and workforce planning across global functions, ensuring delivery of strategic HR solutions that support business goals.

Formación

First level university degree; advanced university degree in business preferred.
Typically 12+ years HR business partner experience with Fortune 500 companies.
Proficiency in leading managers of managers and in communicating with executive leaders.
Cross‑functional expertise in compensation, talent acquisition and employee relations.

Responsabilidades

Acts as a business HR leader; partners with executive stakeholders at DIR & VP level.
Develops strategic HR initiatives with global scope across the organization.
Influences KPIs and value drivers by communicating implications to market position and financial performance.
Leads HR transformation and global programs across multiple business segments.
Drives governance and alignment of HR services with broader company goals.
