Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a People Services Advisor to manage HR administration, support recruiting activities and coordinate with global teams on HR processes. The role blends in-office collaboration with remote work, reflecting our hybrid model.

The candidate should bring a first-level university degree with 2–4 years in HR-related areas, strong communication, and proficiency with HR systems such as Workday and Salesforce.

Formación

• First-level university degree or equivalent experience in HR, finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement and maintain HR administration and data retrieval capabilities.
• Support recruiting in administration, internal hiring and lower-level external hiring.
• Collaborate with global teams to improve HR processes and IT tools and ensure data accuracy and security.
