Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an HR Operations professional to design, implement, and maintain HR administration across employee life cycle. You will analyze data, support recruiting and internal hiring, and implement HR processes in a regional/global context.

The role requires a university degree and 2–4 years in HR-related fields, with experience in HR systems like Workday or Salesforce. This position offers a hybrid work model in Mexico, with two days per week in-office.

Formación

• First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically 2-4 years related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources.
• Experience with HR productivity tools, systems and applications is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Implements and manages multiple parts of process delivery with team guidance and instructions.
• Identifies areas for process improvements; provides country-specific subject matter expertise and solutions.
• Provides analytical support for priority projects that impact employees at the country level.
