Job summary

WTW seeks a Manager for Insured Benefits to align global strategy with local execution in Mexico, serving multinational clients with senior stakeholder collaboration.

You will design, evaluate, and optimize Insured Benefits programs, balancing wellbeing, cost efficiency, competitiveness and sustainability while guiding regional and global teams through complex negotiations and governance structures.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
• Minimum of 5 years managing multinational clients.
• Strategic thinker with a global perspective.
• Deep expertise in Insured Benefits programs.
• Understanding of multinational models and pooling structures.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to non-specialists.
• Autonomy and accountability in delivering results.
• Strong negotiation skills and client partnership.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with strategic international clients.
• Translate global client philosophy into market-specific solutions for Mexico.
• Provide strategic advisory on Insured Benefits design and costs.
• Collaborate with global, regional, and local teams.
• Lead negotiations with insurers and vendors.
• Prepare executive analyses and strategic recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and cross-selling.
• Mentor less-experienced executives on international accounts.
