Bain & Company Mexico is seeking a Benefits Manager to design and administer local employee benefits programs for Mexico offices, ensuring regulatory compliance and a strong employee experience.

The role partners with stakeholders and regional teams to manage benefits operations, vendor relationships, reporting, and communication programs while aligning with the firm's strategic priorities.

Formación

• Minimum 7 years working experience with employee benefits in a large complex organization.
• Working knowledge of Mexican labor laws, benefits regulations and social benefits.
• Experience in administration, communications, documentation, compliance, and vendor management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day administration of benefits programs including medical, leave, retirement, and other perks.
• Ensure enrollment, onboarding, life events, terminations; maintain accuracy and timelines.
• Coordinate with HRIS (Workday) for configuration, data management and reporting.
• Lead vendor management with brokers, insurers, and TPAs; monitor service levels.
• Provide benefits insights to leaders and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Support budget planning, invoicing, payroll deductions and tax handling.
