Job summary

WTW Mexico seeks a Head of Facultative Reinsurance to join the local Executive Committee, overseeing strategy, client relationships and team performance while driving execution and efficiency, including negotiating placement facilities and forming strategic alliances.

You will work with WTW's CRB Specialties to manage a shared P&L, focusing on delivering best alternatives for clients and driving collaborative outcomes across markets.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience overseeing teams and service levels.
• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven expertise across a variety of risk and insurance products.
• Ability to translate knowledge into business recommendations.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction and guidance to a professional team to meet service levels, revenue targets and margins.
• Coach and develop broking skills within the team.
• Ensure compliance procedures and processes across broking, claims and operations.
• Contribute to product and placement strategies with Strategic Risk Consulting.
• Evaluate client risks and oversee market solutions for optimum client outcomes.
• Develop senior-level relationships to secure new and renewal business.
• Manage large and complex new business placements and renewals.
• Drive improvements to broking and placement processes and systems.
