WTW is offering an exciting opportunity for a Global Benefits Manager in Mexico City. This hybrid role is focused on managing strategic client engagements for multinational companies, working on health and risk benefits globally.

As part of the Global Benefits Management (GBM) team, you will coordinate client delivery teams, provide expertise, and ensure successful project delivery across cultures and countries. Strong organizational skills, a collaborative approach, and fluency in English are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in international benefits, particularly in health and risk benefits.
• Experience in managing people and developing junior team members.
• Proven track record in managing multinational client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple client engagements effectively.
• Provide expertise and advice on global health and risk benefits.
• Establish trusted relationships with clients for superior project delivery.
