Job summary

Willis Towers Watson seeks a seasoned client partner to manage strategic international accounts focused on Insured Benefits in Mexico. You will lead global governance alignment, craft strategic recommendations, and coordinate with insurers, HR and finance leaders to optimize programs.

The role emphasizes negotiation excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and the development of high-impact insights for senior decision makers across local and global committees.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing multinational clients.
• Strong English proficiency (spoken, written, and reading).
• Ability to lead complex initiatives with autonomy.
• Understanding of Insured Benefits programs and global governance.
• Ability to tailor messaging to region and market maturity.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall relationship with strategic international clients as the primary contact for Insured Benefits in Mexico.
• Understand the client's global philosophy, governance, and guidelines and adapt to the Mexican market.
• Provide strategic advisory on Insured Benefits design, evaluation, and optimization.
• Collaborate with global, regional, and local teams, insurers, HR and Finance leaders.
• Participate in high-impact negotiations with insurers and vendors, including renewals and multinational programs.
• Prepare executive analyses and reports for local and global committees.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and cross-sell within accounts.
• Mentor less experienced executives and elevate service quality.
