Job summary

WTW is seeking a consultant to deliver services to global company headquarters and coordinate local benefits activities. You will lead client calls, manage projects, and provide updates while aligning with global strategy and local priorities.

The role requires 3-5 years of client-facing experience, advanced English, and strong teamwork across international teams, including remote collaboration. Multi-country projects and governance work are key parts of the job.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of client-facing or consulting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Technical competency in international employee benefits (health, risk) and non-insured benefits.
• Client management skills with timely, budget-conscious delivery.
• Strong planning and time management; highly organized.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Teamwork and international collaboration, including remote work.

Responsibilities

• Support client delivery activities and lead regular calls with clients.
• Effectively manage projects using established project management trackers and technology.
• Provide updates on local country activities and proactively identify and escalate client issues.
• Advise clients to align with global benefits strategy and local priorities; resolve escalations.
• Identify and document global client processes and communicate to local consultants and brokers.
• Oversee use of WTW’s global benefits governance platforms to extract value from data.
• Develop and present global or regional financial and stewardship reports.
• Keep abreast of changes in legislation and market practice.
• Review local deliverables to ensure consistency of style and message.
• Coordinate and manage multi-country projects (global benchmarking, inclusive benefits, wellbeing, governance).
• Track project budgets.
