Qualifications

• 3-5 years of client-facing or consulting experience.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Experience with employee benefits or insurance market is a plus.
• Strong client management and on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Excellent planning, time management and organizational skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Comfort with multinational teamwork and remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support client delivery activities and lead regular calls with clients.
• Effectively manage projects using established project management tracker and technology.
• Provide updates on local country activities and escalate issues with clients.
• Advise clients to align with global benefits strategy and local priorities.
• Identify and document global client processes and communicate to local consultants.
• Oversee use of global benefits governance platforms to derive value from data.
• Develop and present regional financial and stewardship reports.
• Keep abreast of legislative changes and market practice.
• Review local deliverables for consistency of style and message.
• Coordinate multi-country projects such as benchmarking and governance processes.
• Track project budgets.
