Bain & Company Mexico is seeking a Benefits Manager to lead the design, administration, and continuous improvement of employee benefits programs across our offices. You will ensure compliant operations, partner with regional teams, and deliver a superior employee experience.

The role emphasizes vendor management, data analysis, communications, and applying local regulations. You’ll work with HR and finance to manage budgets and provide strategic insights on benefits plans.

Formación

• Minimum 7 years of employee benefits experience in a large, complex org.
• Expertise in Mexico retirement, health, life, disability, leaves, and perquisites.
• Experience in benefits administration, communications, documentation, and vendor management.
• Knowledge of Mexican labor laws and social benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and accurate records.
• Lead vendor management with brokers, insurers, and TPA.
• Provide benefits insights to HR and leadership.
• Develop communications and educational materials on benefits.
• Support budget planning and reporting in coordination with finance.
