PayJoy is seeking a Product Operations Manager, CRM to own and scale Zoho CRM as the global go-to-market system of record. You will drive platform stability, integrations, governance, and data integrity across markets, advancing sales performance through automation and insights.

The role leads the CRM team, manages external consultants, and standardizes processes country by country, enabling faster adoption and measurable business outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• 5+ years in CRM or Rev Ops with Zoho CRM administration.
• Experience leading cross-country CRM deployments.
• Strong knowledge of Zoho ecosystem and integrations.
• Experience with APIs, SQL, and BI tools.
• Proven stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own Zoho CRM as PayJoy's global go-to-market system of record.
• Prioritize CRM backlog with SLAs and weekly stakeholder reporting.
• Administer and configure Zoho CRM and build integrations using Zoho Flow and APIs.
• Standardize CRM processes across countries with a repeatable playbook.
• Automate reporting and build dashboards linked to sales impact.
• Drive user adoption through enablement, training, and change management.
• Evaluate AI and automation opportunities and run pilots/A-B tests.
• Define and monitor outcome-based KPIs for adoption and impact.
• Lead Global CRM team and manage external consultant partners.
