PayJoy is seeking a Product Manager to lead the definition and launch of software products that scale our internal financial systems globally. You will connect and direct the engineering team and cross‑functional PayJoyers across accounting, operations, design, and finance.

In this role, you own the product strategy and roadmap, drive execution with clear acceptance criteria, and push automation and data quality.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience as a software Product Manager.
• 3+ years of experience launching or implementing internal Financial software (reconciliation, settlement, accounting, or treasury systems).
• Fluent with data: facility with writing SQL and reviewing data models and pipeline outputs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for collaborating with diverse teams including non-technical finance and operations staff.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the definition and launch of internal financial products to support global expansion.
• Build and maintain a roadmap for Financial Infrastructure, prioritizing automation.
• Own the product vision for automated identification of cash flows across countries.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Accounting, and country teams.
• Run structured prioritization sessions with stakeholders and translate pain points into engineering solutions.
• Communicate decisions, scope changes, and release timelines clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage product launches with engineers, FinOps, and technical staff with acceptance criteria.
• Monitor releases and drive resolutions to quality trends.
• Drive reductions in manual reconciliation tasks and increase automation.
• Prioritize features for upstream failure detection and data freshness.
