PayJoy seeks a Senior Manager, Sales Operations to architect PayJoy's global sales operating model, define metrics, and standardize how markets are measured. You will drive cross-market consistency and partner with country teams to implement analytics, automation, and enablement programs such as SDR initiatives and commission management.

You will influence senior leaders and collaborate across multiple markets, ensuring the sales organization scales efficiently and transparently.

Formación

• 5+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or commercial analytics, ideally in fintech, consumer lending, or high-volume sales.
• Strong analytical background: define metrics from scratch and turn data into standard measures.
• Familiar with CRM, compensation platforms, and BI/dashboards; quick to learn new tools.
• Track record of improving sales efficiency through processes and tooling, not just reporting.
• Able to influence Country Managers and senior leaders, with credible stakeholder management.
• Desirable: experience across multiple countries; Spanish or Portuguese fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Build and own PayJoy’s global sales force operating model, processes, and measurement standards.
• Define and roll out a global standard for measuring sales force efficiency across markets.
• Collaborate with Tools & Metrics team to implement analytics, automation, and tooling.
• Design and scale enablement programs like the SDR initiative.
• Support management with target attainment tracking and commission management.
• Partner with Country Managers to translate analysis into concrete actions.
• Set direction for the sales operating model roadmap and prioritize initiatives.
