Meztal is seeking a highly organized CRM/Operations Coordinator to support daily operations, CRM data management, and client communication. This junior role emphasizes learning, ownership, and collaborative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate tasks, maintain CRM information, and assist with client follow-ups, using tools like Slack and Outlook. A growth-minded, customer-service oriented mindset is essential for success.

Formación

• 1–2 years of professional experience in administrative roles.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Fluent English communication.
• Experience with CRM or customer management systems.
• Experience in sales support or account coordination.
• Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
• Comfortable communicating with different people.
• Growth-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
• Hospitality, senior living, healthcare, or client-facing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day operational and administrative activities.
• Coordinate tasks, meetings, follow-ups, and deadlines.
• Keep information, documents, and internal records organized and up to date.
• Follow through on assigned tasks and commitments.
• Help the team stay on track with priorities and pending items.
• Identify issues or potential problems and communicate them proactively.
• Support different operational projects as needed.
• Maintain accurate and organized information in the CRM.
• Update client, prospect, contact, and activity information.
• Track follow-ups, tasks, and important dates.
• Support basic CRM reporting and data organization.
• Help keep the CRM clean and up to date.
• Learn and become comfortable using HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
• Support client follow-ups and coordination.
• Help ensure requests and action items are properly tracked and addressed.
• Provide a professional and service-oriented experience to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Communicate clearly when additional information, clarification, or support is needed.
• Use tools such as Slack, Outlook, CRM platforms, and AI tools to support daily activities.
• Learn new systems and technologies as needed.
• Use AI tools to improve productivity, organization, and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to simplify recurring tasks.
• Support the team in improving processes and workflows over time.
