Baubap seeks a senior CRM lifecycle professional to lead end-to-end communications that lift collections metrics. You will own the messaging strategy across every channel, guided by behavioral insights and channel logic, from design to execution in CRM, WhatsApp, landing pages, and support touchpoints.

The role emphasizes building partnerships with Product, Engineering, CX and Data, establishing SLAs, dashboards, and guardrails to ensure measurable uplifts and disciplined rollout.

Formación

• 5+ years in CRM, lifecycle communications or retention marketing (fintech/fintech-adjacent preferred).
• Proven track record improving collections metrics through messaging strategy.
• Experience with multi-channel orchestration and cost-benefit analysis.
• Strong data literacy and dashboarding discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own end-to-end lifecycle communication strategy across channels.
• Design in Figma, copy, and execute in CRM and external channels (WhatsApp via API).
• Build channel logic and defend decisions with results.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, CX and Data, SLAs and incident handling.
