Aon in Mexico City is seeking an Executive Benefits Specialist to deliver administrative and client support for executive benefits programs, including life, disability, and deferred compensation. This full-time hybrid role offers collaboration with internal teams, carriers, and clients, with on-site training after three months and flexible options to balance work and learning.

You will develop expertise in benefits administration, service delivery, and regulatory considerations while advancing

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with up to 5 years of professional experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to manage several priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the effective use of AI tools to improve productivity and work quality.

Responsabilidades

• Plan Administration & Operations: Support the administration of executive benefit plans and ensure accurate processing of enrollments, contributions, and participant updates.
• Client & Participant Service: Deliver timely and professional support to clients and participants through various communication channels.
• Project & Workflow Management: Manage multiple client assignments with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Continuous Improvement & Development: Find opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and service quality.
