Job summary

Circana is seeking a Global Benefit Operations Lead to own day-to-day management of our global benefits programs, including renewals, vendor performance, and data integrity. The role supports benefits globally and reports to the VP, Global Benefits in a small, cross-functional team.

You will collaborate with HRBPs, Payroll, and Procurement across regions, ensure compliance, update SOPs, and drive process improvements—often involving AI projects—to enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in benefits administration or HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of insured and retirement plans.
• Experience with documented processes, controls, and multi-geography compliance.
• Ability to work with global stakeholders across time zones.
• Detail-oriented and data-driven.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational side of annual renewals across insured and retirement plans.
• Lead ongoing vendor performance comparisons against standards.
• Research and resolve escalated benefit issues with carriers and brokers.
• Maintain benefit policy documents and SOPs with the Director.
• Coordinate data flow and reconciliation across broker, carrier, and internal systems.
• Support data coordination and cross-functional projects.
