Job summary

Sequoia is seeking a Global Associate to support clients’ benefit programs across multiple countries. You will handle global and local plan implementation, project management, strategy development, and deliver a positive client experience.

You will manage relationships, draft reports, coordinate multi-country projects, and stay compliant with local changes while collaborating with client HR teams, CEOs, and CFOs to drive value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong project management skills with multitasking ability.
• High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proactive with ability to work remotely with teams abroad.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of global client relationships, including implementation and renewal management.
• Support project trackers, draft reports, analytics, and presentations for global benefits clients.
• Collaborate with Global Director and Regional Consultants on guidance for multinational clients.
• Coordinate with local brokers to manage benefits programs.
• Support management of global traveler, medical, and expatriate programs.
• Maintain client benefits data in the Sequoia People Platform.
• Lead multi-country projects such as benchmarking, cost-saving initiatives, and governance processes.
• Ensure compliance with local country legislative changes.
