Job summary

The Weir Group is seeking a Project Manager - Time & Attendance (T&A) for North America. This remote-friendly role focuses on delivering T&A implementations across the NAM region, coordinating with stakeholders, partners, and vendors to ensure on-time, compliant deployments.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years of T&A leadership, experience across multiple countries, and proficiency with major WFM platforms, along with strong governance and communication skills. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years leading Time & Attendance (T&A) or Workforce Management implementations.
• Experience delivering end-to-end projects across multiple countries with vendor management.
• Strong understanding of T&A processes, Payroll/HRIS integrations, RAIDD governance, and exec stakeholder communication.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, governance, and documentation.
• Lead end-to-end T&A implementations across North America with cross-functional teams and partners.
• Manage RAIDD governance, risks, issues, actions, and stage-gate readiness across countries.
• Partner with change and training teams to drive business readiness and user adoption.
• Provide project reporting, status updates, and governance materials to leadership.
