Danfoss is seeking an Operative Recruiter in Mexico to drive field recruiting and social media sourcing for local talent, ensuring production teams stay staffed and productive. You will build strong pipelines and deliver a fast, positive hiring experience across the operations function.

The role focuses on publish/interview processes, end-to-end hiring, and community outreach to meet hiring targets in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Experience in operational or high-volume recruiting, including field sourcing.
• Strong use of social media and job platforms for talent attraction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging candidates.
• Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment with clear hiring targets.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment tools.

Responsabilidades

• Publish job openings on job boards and social media to attract qualified operational talent.
• Execute field recruiting activities (job fairs, community outreach, on-site events) to build strong local pipelines.
• Conduct candidate interviews and screening to ensure the right fit for operational roles.
• Manage the end-to-end hiring process to deliver timely onboarding and improve hiring speed.
• Build and maintain an active candidate database to support future hiring needs.
