In this role, you will manage global talent acquisition for strategic and mid-manager positions, ensuring effective communication with hiring managers and candidates. Formación

• 4+ years of experience in hands-on talent acquisition or recruiting.
• Interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous experience working with hiring managers outside of Mexico.

As aRecruiting Specialist in the Global HR Team of Ruhrpumpen, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates for strategic, associates and mid‑manager positions located in different locations around the world. You will have the opportunity to manage full‑cycle global talent acquisition needs.

Main responsibilities:

• Sourcing and hiring employees for strategic, associates, mid‑manager and up level positions throughout our Global locations and Manufacturing facilities
• Be a team player who will collaborate with the HR Global team and recruiters
• Perform candidate sourcing (internal & external) to attract the best talent in the industry
• Collaborate in the continuing improvement for the recruiting processes, database, & network
• Perform the complete recruitment process; post job openings, screen applicants, source passive candidates, administer assessments, conduct interviews, apply assessments or/and background checks (if required/applicable by country), make job offers to candidates, request and collect new hire information
• Support recruitment processes, collaborating with other recruiters in the Global team or HR Managers around the world
• Coach Hiring Managers and Leaders to effectively fill the job openings
• Establish and maintain good communication with key stakeholders such as hiring managers, applicants/candidates, HR Managers, and external search firms
• Position reports to a Global Recruiting Manager located in San Pedro Garza García

Job's requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• Advanced/Fluent English language is required for effective and daily communication worldwide
• 4+ years of experience in hands on talent acquisition or recruiting experience
• Interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written to effectively interact with top and middle management and customers
• Previous experience working with LinkedIn, Applicant Tracking System
• Desired SAP Success Factors Recruiting Module experience
• Desired experience working with foreign hiring managers and positions outside of Mexico
