Danfoss is seeking an Operative Recruiter focused on field recruiting and social media sourcing to connect local talent with meaningful opportunities. You will support production and operations by building strong local pipelines and delivering timely hires.

You'll publish openings on job boards and social channels, conduct interviews, and manage end-to-end hiring while maintaining an active candidate database. Collaboration and goal-driven delivery are essential in this role.

Formación

• Experience in operational or high-volume recruitment, including field sourcing.
• Proficient with social media and job boards for talent attraction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet hiring targets in a goal-oriented environment.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and common recruitment tools.
