Danfoss Climate Solutions is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner based at our Apodaca, Mexico plant to attract exceptional talent across Mexico and beyond. You will partner with hiring managers to shape recruitment strategies, manage full-cycle processes, and build diverse pipelines for critical roles.

• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven success in high-volume recruitment with strong candidate experience.
• Advanced sourcing, interviewing and assessment skills with data-driven approaches.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.
• Ability to influence, collaborate, and build cross-country relationships.

Based at our Apodaca, Mexico plant, you will be part of a global Talent Acquisition team where your ideas, expertise, and market knowledge will help build diverse talent pipelines and strengthen Danfoss' position as an employer of choice.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver recruitment strategies that support business growth.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and candidate selection, ensuring quality hires and a positive experience.
• Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines for critical roles, helping the business secure future talent proactively.
• Advise stakeholders on hiring best practices, market trends, and candidate attraction strategies to improve hiring outcomes.
• Collaborate with global Talent Acquisition teams and HR partners to share knowledge, drive consistency, and support global recruitment initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 3 years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes in a manufacturing environment, partnering with hiring managers across multiple functions and organizational levels.
• Strong track record of successfully handling high-volume recruitment while maintaining an excellent candidate experience and high-quality hiring outcomes.
• Advanced sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills, leveraging modern recruitment tools and data-driven approaches to attract top talent.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders in a multicultural, international environment. Portuguese is a plus.
• Ability to influence, collaborate, and build trusted relationships across teams, countries, and business functions while balancing multiple priorities.
