Danfoss in Apodaca, Mexico is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across Mexico, South America, and occasionally the United States. You will partner with hiring managers, build diverse pipelines, and ensure a superior candidate experience that reflects Danfoss values.

Based at the Apodaca plant, you will collaborate with global teams to share market insights, influence hiring decisions, and drive high-quality hires in a manufacturing environment.

Formación

• 3 years experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in high-volume recruitment with a strong candidate experience.
• Advanced sourcing, interviewing, and assessment skills with data-driven approaches.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes with sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver recruitment strategies.
• Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines for critical roles across regions.
• Advise stakeholders on hiring best practices and market trends to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with global TA teams to drive consistency and global initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver recruitment strategies that support business growth.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and candidate selection, ensuring quality hires and a positive experience.
• Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines for critical roles, helping the business secure future talent proactively.
• Advise stakeholders on hiring best practices, market trends, and candidate attraction strategies to improve hiring outcomes.
• Collaborate with global Talent Acquisition teams and HR partners to share knowledge, drive consistency, and support global recruitment initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 3 years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes in a manufacturing environment, partnering with hiring managers across multiple functions and organizational levels.
• Strong track record of successfully handling high-volume recruitment while maintaining an excellent candidate experience and high-quality hiring outcomes.
• Advanced sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills, leveraging modern recruitment tools and data-driven approaches to attract top talent.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders in a multicultural, international environment.
• Portuguese is a plus.
• Ability to influence, collaborate, and build trusted relationships across teams, countries, and business functions while balancing multiple priorities.
