HQ Platinum in Mexico is seeking an experienced bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing and industrial roles across Mexico and the United States, on a 12-month assignment with potential for permanency based on performance.

You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates on Indeed, LinkedIn, OCC, and other channels, conduct initial interviews, present offers, and manage SAP SuccessFactors to maintain candidate data and processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, from requisition opening through offer presentation and hiring.
• Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing and industrial positions.
• Advanced conversational English with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Strong sourcing skills using platforms such as Indeed, OCC, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring initiatives across Mexico and the United States, primarily for manufacturing and industrial operations. This is a 12-month assignment with the possibility of becoming a permanent position based on performance and business needs. This role partners closely with hiring managers and leads the full recruitment lifecycle for professional, leadership, and management-level positions.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary range of MXN $40,000–$45,000 per month, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
