Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, management or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and laws.
• Fluent English; strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Support HR initiatives across the organization.
• Align with HRDC, COEs, and HR Business Partners to deliver HR programs.
• Assist employee relations, onboarding, talent management, leadership development, change management and performance management.
• Contribute to workforce planning and compensation planning/implementation.
