seeks a hands-on Human Resources leader to run the Mexico operation in collaboration with the Corporate VP of Human Resources. You will align people strategies with business objectives and serve as a strategic partner to the Plant Director and leadership team, driving workforce planning, organizational development, employee relations, engagement, and performance management across two shifts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, industrial, or production environments.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading Human Resources teams.
• Experience supporting multi-shift operations.
• Proven experience as a strategic business partner to Plant Directors and operational leadership teams.
• Strong knowledge of workforce planning, employee relations, organizational development, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Knowledge of labor compliance and regulatory requirements, with experience supporting occupational health and safety initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, change management, and stakeholder influence skills.
• 90% spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coordinate the Human Resources team, establishing priorities, objectives, and service standards.
• Partner with the Plant Director and operational leaders on workforce planning, organizational structure, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, training, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Drive employee engagement, internal communications, recognition programs, and organizational culture initiatives.
• Coordinate occupational health, workplace safety, and compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Manage employee service vendors, ensuring service quality, contractual compliance, and budget control.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, headcount, training, safety, and employee engagement.
• Present workforce analytics and strategic recommendations to plant and corporate leadership to improve organizational effectiveness and business performance.
