Church & Dwight Co., Inc. in Mexico City is seeking an experienced HR professional to partner with leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle.

You will advise on recruiting, onboarding, transfers, offboarding, and data integrity while applying data-driven insights to improve people practices and compliance. This role covers compensation, benefits, payroll governance, and HR operations, with emphasis on NOM-035, remote work rules, and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in Compensation & Benefits and Payroll Governance.
• Advanced Excel, dashboards, data visualization, and automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law (LFT) and IMSS regulations.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and analytics.
• Ability to drive AI-enabled HR process improvements and data insights.
• Proven data confidentiality, internal controls, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR expertise across employee lifecycle management, rewards, payroll governance, compliance, and employee experience.
• Partner with leaders to identify needs, recommend solutions, and improve HR processes.
• Manage payroll governance, compensation administration, incentives, and benefits programs.
• Lead HR audits, internal controls, and ensure NOM-035 and labor compliance.
