Job summary

Gamma Recruitment is seeking an Human Resources Manager to act as the regional HR partner, delivering end-to-end HR services across the employee lifecycle. The role blends operational HR with strategic partnering and supports global HR standards at the local level.

The position requires managing recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and offboarding, with strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and experience in a multinational environment. Hybrid work location: Santa Fe, Mexico City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Several years of broad HR generalist experience.
• Solid knowledge of Mexican labor law and payroll-related processes.
• Experience in an international and matrix organization preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage all core HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and offboarding.
• Advise managers and employees on HR matters, employee relations, performance management, and organizational topics.
• Coordinate training, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican labor law, statutory requirements, audits, and government reporting obligations.
• Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and key HR performance indicators.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience.
• Support the implementation of global HR programs, policies, systems, and transformation initiatives.
• Act as the local interface between the business and global HR functions to ensure alignment with global standards.
