International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. seeks an Associate Director, Global HR Business Partner for GBS. The role partners with GBS leadership to translate business strategy into talent, organization, and workforce outcomes, supporting roughly 1,000 employees across hubs.

Hybrid role based in Mexico City with global scope and strategic impact. You will drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, and employee experience, shaping the people agenda to enable growth and operational

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive HR experience with HRBP leadership.
Experience partnering with senior leaders in global, matrixed organizations.
Strong background in talent management, succession planning, and organizational design.
Proven ability to influence without direct authority and drive transformation.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary HR advisor to GBS leadership on organizational strategy, workforce planning, and culture.
Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development across centers.
Drive operating model changes, service transitions, automation, and growth initiatives.
Partner with local HR teams to mitigate risk and ensure compliant people practices.
