SC Johnson & Son, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Finance professional in Mexico City to drive net sales growth through financial insights, pricing optimization, and ROI analyses.

You will lead financial analysis, forecasting, and support strategic business decisions, guiding a team toward profitable growth. You will collaborate with Country Managers, Sales, and Marketing to improve customer profitability and ensure accountability across products and channels in a dynamic, global consumer goods

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• 4–5 years of experience in P&L management, financial planning and FP&A.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Advanced English proficiency in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic business cases, financial simulation and analysis; manage price promotion ROI analysis.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize trade spend, promotions, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with Commercial team and marketing support for forecasts of customer and brand profitability.
• Analyze trade spending plans with Sales to maximize Delivered Profit Margin and Net Pricing.
• Reconcile trade spending at month-end, ensure accrual accuracy, and assist in setting annual targets.
• Pricing models evaluation and end-to-end pricing process oversight.
