Responsibilities include calendar management, travel planning, creating presentations, expense reporting, and coordinating meetings and events for the Fulfillment Center.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products
• High school or equivalent
• 2+ years of management experience

Responsibilities

• Photocopying, faxing, typing meeting notes and travel arrangements
• Creating presentations using graphics
• Completing expense reports, maintaining schedules, planning events and coordinating meetings
• Leading Daily Operational meetings and documenting follow-up actions
• Curating key documents for the Site
